Add the audio files that you want to organize to the file list by selecting the Add->File(s) option. You can also drag and drop your files directly to the list. After adding the music files to the list you can actually listen to them using the Audio Player.
Select the way in which your files will be organized (Organize by) and the way they will be renamed (Rename). If you want to just edit the tags of your audio files check the Skip organizing check-box. You can also select the way in which the incomplete/invalid tags will be fixed: Automatically (NeatMP3 searches its internal database for the song and its tags and if that fails it tries to extract the tags from the file name) or Manually (you will have to fill all incomplete/invalid tags). In case you choose the Manually option you can further select if you want to edit only the incomplete/invalid tags or all the tags of all the files in the list (Only edit incomplete/invalid tags).
Select the output folder (Output Folder) where your organized music will be moved, choose if you want to delete the original audio files (Delete original files ) and press the Start button.
